What is Personia?

Personia builds your Digital DNA — a structured, evidence-backed model of your memories, values, and judgment. Every trait is traceable to a quotable snippet and a confidence score. It’s not a journal and not a chatbot.

Where is my data stored?

On your device. Your DNA lives in on-device storage — there’s no account and no Personia server holding it. See our Privacy Policy.

Do I need an API key?

You can start free — a limited number of analyses are sponsored. For unlimited use, add your own OpenRouter API key in Settings; it’s stored only in your device Keychain and calls go directly to the provider.

How do I fix something the app got wrong about me?

Open the trait and mark “This isn’t me.” Personia lowers the confidence and re-weights the evidence rather than pretending the claim never existed — contradictions are kept as tensions, on purpose.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Export your DNA as me-core.json — a portable file future AI tools can consult. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.

How do I connect Gmail, Calendar, or Photos?

These are optional and off by default. When enabled, Personia reads only narrow metadata — email subjects/senders (never bodies), event titles/times, on-device photo scene labels (no uploads). Revoke anytime in iOS Settings.

How do I delete my account?

There’s nothing to delete on our side — there’s no account. To erase everything, remove individual memories in-app or uninstall the app.
